Having read reviews on these and looking for every possible way to protect our Cavaliers from brown snakes I purchased 20 of these for our new property.
As we moved to new acreage we prepped the house yard as much as possible. Having seen one 6 foot brown snake (yes it was massive) I quickly ensured I charged and installed 18 of these around the fence perimeter. This week alone we have had two Browns within close proximity to these ‘snake repellers’ one got into the house yard with the dogs. If I wasn’t so busy trying to protect the dogs I could have captured the money shot with three Cavaliers and a three foot brown snake going at each other right next to one of these snake repellers. I even had the logo facing the right way for the perfect photo all within the photo frame….. alas saving their lives was more important!
Do not be conned by many good reviews. These things do not work……….

This product works on tiny flying insects and flies. I was stunned at the number of tiny flying insects caught, and just how much got trapped in one insert. Very pleased. I only bought two to try, but I will definitely be buying more.
Caught the two mice we knew we had and the six we didn't know about. Very impressed. Took a bit of experimenting to find a bait that worked everytime. Some baits were taken and the trap didn't close, but sticky peanut paste (as much as possible without triggering the trap) worked everytime. Highly recommend
We live right next to a big expanse of bush with fresh water all year round close by—lots of tiger snakes and dugites. Everyone on our street has a lot of snake visitors according to my friend 100m down the road. One even in a lady’s kitchen, lots in gardens. He knows everyone on our street and the snakes are prevalent. Yet for 2 years now we haven’t had any snakes here. The beep is very loud but we have them positioned for least sound in the house and away from the neighbours fences. I would rather the beep than the snakes! Also one was faulty and I was immediately sent a replacement. No trouble since. I have them running 3 seasons a year on a single set of batteries. Thank you so much! Great product, great service.
I initially didn't think the Pest Repeller was working, because there was a spider situated across the bench from it. And on day 3 or 4, it had moved on. I also used to have ants a lot on the bench, especially during wet season, and they appear to have dramatically reduced as well. I purchased this because I always get bitten by midges during the wet season, and although it is still very early days, I havn't been bitten for a couple of days now either.
