While the unit works really well, I recently purchased a replacement bulb and that's where the problems start. The part beneath the fan that you need to remove in order to access the bulb has 3 screws that are recessed down narrow tubes by about 3-odd centimetres. The screws appear to be phillips head type, although two of them look slightly different, more like computer screws. Either way it is impossible to get them out. I have tried numerous screwdrivers in varying small sizes and the screws won't budge. I asked Envirobug for advice but all they could recommend was "giving it to a handyman" or taking it to a hardware store. I don't live anywhere near a hardware store, and we don't have access to a handyman either, so unfortunately the unit is now sitting unused while we ponder what to do with it. Not happy at all from the design perspective to the customer service.
